Insurance Coverage
Imago Rehab is considered an in-network provider with many insurance carriers and are adding more each day. Intake coordinators are available at (888) 855-2674 to review your coverage. Services may be eligible for out-of-network coverage with other payers and we do offer self-pay packages for eligible clients.
Imago is an approved Medicare provider in each of the states where we operate and below is a sample of the other insurance carriers where Imago is considered in-network:
- Florida: United Healthcare
- Massachusetts: BlueCross BlueShield of Massachusetts, Harvard Pilgrim Health Plan, UnitedHealthcare
- New Hampshire: Anthem
- Texas: BlueCross BlueShield of Texas, UnitedHealthcare
- Virginia: Anthem, Cardinal Care, UnitedHealthcare
